code of conduct
We have a strict code of conduct that is the backbone of our service.
- Always act ethically and in good faith when dealing with Clients and Candidates.
- Offer accurate information about candidates- Your firm knows best if a candidate is fit. If you have negative feeling about a particular candidate, we'll find you someone else who is a better fit. We provide the candidate you decide the hire, we never pressure our clients. We are sincere about providing a partnership you can rely on.
- Candidate background checks - It is our business to investigate the background of a candidate and report any questionable findings. Our commitment is to investigate your new potential hire. We offer a wide variety of pre-employment screening services. This includes: FBI Checks, criminal investigation services, drugs screens, education confirmation, proof of previous employment and compensation, as well as any word of mouth information that is passed along to us by our network.
- Only commit to projects that we can deliver- We are people- just like you. We can handle a standard work load at any particular time. We focus on quality of work rather than quantity. It is unethical and bad business for us to take on more work that we can deliver on. When we take on a recruiting project, we deliver. If we are unable to help with your request, we will be more than happy to refer you to a firm that can.
- Describe jobs accurately to Candidates: We are experts in conveying your job opening in the best possible light. But before you see our candidates, we make sure that they are not only qualified based on the "core" responsibilities, but also open to all the job responsibilities. These may include: travel, after hours pager support, potential overtime, compensation range, weekend work, training and other requirements.
- Provide Profile Sheet with each resume - We interview each candidate and accurately match them to your job description. We build relationships with candidates and offer a profile sheet of question to answers you would like to know before their interview. This proves that we have engaged the candidate and, to our best ability, we are presenting you someone who we fill is perfect fit for your job.
- We will always try to understand things from the client's perspective. While we have the ability to meet each one of our clients' needs, we will not make presumptions without first listening to what they have to say.
