PCS recruiting process

PCS's comprehensive Rapid Recruiting Method treats each search as a single project. Time frames associated with each search are set in conjunction with the Customer to manage expectations, quality, and timeliness. Each step is designed to capitalize on previous actions associated with the specified search. We take in to account previous experience with our Customer and overall experience in your marketplace.  

Identify the Requisition

We interview, analyze and gather information about the position you intend to fill.  At the heart of this process, Platinum is working together with you, our customer.  We develop a complete understanding of the objective and subjective requirements, thus creating the best overall job fit.  

Create an Ideal Candidate Profile
We identify the skills, experience, personality and total character for the role before we search for a candidate. We develop a prototype candidate description and use this prototype as a template to search for candidates who will fit your profile.

Create a Marketing Profile for the Requisition
We produce well-written and thorough job descriptions that evolve into a marketing profile.  We use these profiles to guide our search efforts. We are able to use our referral network to discover potential candidates that fit the ideal candidate profile. Platinum uses its internal network or local and regional coverage and its external network.

Target Organizations that Employ Similar Types of Candidates
Part of the Platinum Strategy is to understand our Customer's market.  We work with our Customers to ensure a current understanding of market conditions and competitiveness.  Armed with this information, we activate our network of contacts and use this information to identify organizations that employ the type of professional you are seeking.  

Utilize Existing Relationships
Platinum prefers to utilize its existing network of contacts to work within a targeted organization.  Utilizing these trusted relationships allows Platinum to complete pre-reference activity, and, in most cases, to leverage an introduction to our potential prospect -- your next employee.

Screen Candidates
Each candidate who is a match to your opening goes through a comprehensive screening process.  We identify all their applicable KSA's -- knowledge, skills and abilities; we summarize our findings in a Candidate Profile that precedes their resume and share these results with our Customer.

Manage the Interview Process
All of the actions taken prior to this step are managed with the Customer's time lines and expectations in mind.   As our Customer begins the interview process, we work hard to protect their time and investment
